Paramount Ranch in Agoura

Over 100 instrumental and singing contestants, plus performances by Richard Green and Peter Feldmann, Molly’s Revenge, Whiskey Chimp and Sausage Grinder

DANCE BARN: Band Playoffs, Clogging, Square Dancing, Contra Dancing - with all live music by The Lone Hill Ramblers and Triple Chicken Foot!

PAVILION STAGE: Beginning Instrument Competitions, Mike Mahaney’s Cowboy Music & Poetry, Fur Dixon and Steve Werner, Stuart Mason & John Weed and The Dust Bowl Cavaliers

RAILROAD STAGE: Traditional Singing Playoffs, Fiddle Playoffs, Frank Fairfield, The McClellan Brothers, Susie Glaze and Ross Altman!

EUCALYPTUS GROVE: Be sure to check out the New, Expanded programs in the grove. Besides the normal Kid’s Program and youth-oriented music, there will be Organized Jams and Sing-alongs, beginning at 11:00AM with:

The Hollow Trees, then Fur and Steve, Sausage Gringers and Scottish Fiddlers of L.A.

May 26th & 27th - Cajun Festival in Simi Valley

The 23rd Annual Simi Valley Cajun & Blues Music Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, May 26th & 27th, 2012.

2012 promises to continue our tradition of bringing fans a full weekend of nonstop award-winning entertainment, more food choices than you can sample in two days, and activities to keep kids of all ages entertained too.

The Cajun & Zydeco stage will feature 9 hours of continuous music each day. Featured will be international and award winning Cajun, Creole and Zydeco music acts.

The Blues Stage will feature the 7th Annual Delta Groove All-Star Blues Revue in addition to world class Blues & Roots acts both Saturday and Sunday.
Both stages feature lots of viewing space plus large dance floors. In addition, this family friendly event has a giant kids area featuring bouncers, rock walls, specialty acts, crafts and talent shows. There are also food booths and many crafts and merchandise booths.
